RMNP Hiking 2026
4/5 Overall the condo was perfectly located for our intentions of hiking in RMNP. It fit all of our needs. We saw elk and mule deer from our balcony in the morning and evenings. We knew that there was no A/C which should have been fine in Colorado with the altitude and winds, however, even with all windows wide open at night and all fans blowing it was uncomfortable to sleep at night. Unseasonably hot weather perhaps. Maybe being on the 3rd floor and not having a shaded building contributed. Also, because of having the windows open, we could constantly hear the fun park go carts racing below and the worker yelling through a bull horn to “Slow Down, No Bumping” as this is located directly across the street. Overall, great stay for a few nights to access the RMNP and great views of OldMan Mountain which we also hiked to summit.
4/5 All was a smooth transition, no concerns or problems were had. The apartment was clean, comfortable and met our needs. Quiet and peaceful. Thank you

More than hoped for
5/5 Our experience was wonderful. Two couples enjoyed having their own king-size beds and bathrooms! Very well appointed department and so close to town and Tram! Cleaning company/local contact was very responsive and helpful when we had questions before our stay started.
A little to find location upon revival since there is another 160 A set our maps brought us to.

5/5 Our stay was amazing! The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Just far enough out to be quiet, wildlife around and beautiful views. Nice large rooms equipped with everything you need for your stay. Comfortable beds! We would definitely stay again while visiting Estes Park!
