5/5 Location is fantastic, close to town & the view is excellent. Parking was easy. The unit was well stocked and clean. A few things to note: this place does not have A/C, so if it is a warm day, you can open windows & use fans to help. The bunk room has a walkway under it, so we couldn't keep it open in the evening since it would leave that room accessible. And even though there is no washer & dryer, they do provide you with a suggested place should you need to do laundry. The upstairs room has a small shower, and the bunk room has a nice tub/shower.

Great Stay at Cozy Estes Park Condo!
5/5 This condo is the perfect location with plenty of space and an incredible mountain view! We attended a wedding at Black Canyon Resort and this property was adjacent to the wedding venue - only a short walk across a parking lot! The host provided excellent communication and we had no issues at all. After the wedding we enjoyed RMNP, which was only a short drive. We highly recommend the property!
