  Amenities were out dated. The upstairs bathroom would hold water if one showered and the tub held water it was like taking a bathe and the smell when it trained was horrid. Smell. Were asked to take our trash that wasn’t clear if you had to take it with you or leave it for the custodian. We took it to town and threw it away. The towels were horrible. And there wasn’t enough if wanted to use hot tub. The kitchen sink the faucet needed a washer it would spray all over. It didn’t look like it was prepped for guests. For just about 1,600 for three nights , just expected the place to be little more modern.

  Large home in a great location. Be aware there is someone living in the basement apartment and they park their car and scooter in the drive. There’s not really enough room four 4 guest vehicles to also park there. Wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and some minor repairs/replacement needs that hopefully will be addressed before the next guests arrive.

  Close to RMNP and downtown Estes. We saw Elk in the neighborhood. :) The house was big enough to accommodate our family of 3 teens and 2 adults. There were quite a few things that need to be updated but overall it was a good experience for what we needed.

  The house was just ok and definitely not worth the price we paid for it. Check in was delayed due to previous guests so cleaning crew was scrambling to get it ready. They did as well as they could but the home in general had some cleanliness issues. One of the bathroom drains didn't drain well so there was standing water, towel hangers in bathrooms were bent or missing. The shower curtain in another bathroom was 100% cotton with no liner so it was just damp all weekend. There was a general mildew smell in all spaces that had sinks. Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed with the property. We had booked it because of the big space and hot tub close to town but we didn't end up using the hot tub due to the state of the interior of the home, we weren't sure about getting into the hot tub.

As we explained upon your arrival, the home had been left in poor condition by the previous guests, and with a same-day checkout and check-in, our crew was still working to make it perfect for you. We wanted you to enjoy a clean and fresh space, which is why our team was finishing up; this included the hot tub, which you saw our maintenance staff working on. We let you know it would be ready in about half an hour. We always ensure the home smells fresh and is well-maintained, with deodorizing throughout. The upstairs bathroom handle had been badly damaged by the prior guests, and repairing it required reinstalling and painting, which couldn’t be completed within just a few hours.
  We weren’t aware of any toilet issue during your stay; had we been notified, we would have sent someone right away to fix it. The bathroom curtain appeared in good condition and hasn’t been a concern for other guests, though we will explore different options. For your comfort, the home does have three restrooms with showers available. Your comfort and experience are important to us, and we appreciate your understanding."
