4/5 Spacious house in good location. Convenient to RMNP, shopping and restaurants. Saw elk every day around house and a black bear walking by house one morning. The housekeeper lives in the basement, so convenient if you need anything.

5/5 Very nice place, just like the pictures. We were in town for a wedding and this worked out perfectly. Owner communication was good, no complaints.Stayed there with another adult couple. The main bath is off of the master bedroom, which was a little bit of an awkward arrangement. Would be great for a family wth young children.

Lovely holiday home
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean and spacious home. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays which added joy to our time here. The gas fireplaces made it feel very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Although we did not cook meals here, it appeared that the kitchen was well equipped. While you can see some mountaintops from a couple of the windows upstairs, I would not say the views were a draw here. The home sits on a street that goes uphill. We don't have a 4-wheel drive and did have a little issue with our tires spinning on the ice as we entered the driveway. But it worked out ok. Overall we were very pleased with how comfortable this home was for our family.
Weekend getaway
4/5 Check in was easy and this was a beautiful home with beautiful views. We could not get the tv in the bedroom on the main floor to ever connect to the internet and we could not find the remote in the master bedroom. I had emailed Ericka but she just responded with the wifi password. We ended up not being able to use the tv on the main floor or master bedroom. I was surprised to not have any shampoo / body wash in the bathrooms, which is not a big deal if we had known that ahead of time. We also could not find the games anywhere if they had any. Overall we had a great weekend and it was a beautiful home. We would stay here again.
