Excellent location
5/5 Loved being up Fall River Road near RMNP. Easy to get to Estes Park. Only struggle was with temperture. To be honest, was always hot in unjt because couldn't figure out how to turn off thermostat. Even turned all the way down the radiator put off a ton of heat. So slept with the windows open.

Wonderful Place to Stay when Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park
5/5 All is good, condo is relatively new and very clean, Kitchen is well equipped with all essential utensils and appliances, as well as some essential condiments. Location is perfect for visiting Rocky Mountain NP and surrounding area. It is especially great for a family to stay in when visiting the area. We are very happy with our choice to stay at this condo for two days.

4/5 Condo needs some updating. Down stairs carpet is rough. Good location, very close to RMP.

Great place to stay
5/5 The condo is near Fall river in a very peaceful area. It's about 10 minutes from downtown, so everything in Estes Park is available. The condo had everything we needed. Two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom are on the first floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and a second full bathroom are on the upper floor.We enjoyed golfing and hiking during our stay. We are looking forward to future stays in Estes Park.

Property manager never responded
2/5 We had no communication with the property manager. I tried contacting him the day before our trip and got no response. When we reached the property, the door code given was not working (battery was dead) and I did not know what to do. VRBO was able to reach the property owner who had a spare key in a lock box near by. All of this happened after a 6 hour journey for us and was very stressful.
I would think twice before staying at this property.
