Homey, well-appointed family stay
5/5 This was a wonderful place to stay with our toddlers, with toys, art supplies, movies, a cozy kid-friendly room and a hot tub we all enjoyed. The location on the river was exquisite and peaceful. Short drive to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. We will definitely be back.

Cozy river hide away
5/5 The property was very clean and family oriented. Lots of board games, books and movies to pass the time when not adventuring around town and the park. The set up was different having to go around to the back of the property to access the living quarters but it was quite nice. The owners that live upstairs were very open about getting ahold of them if you needed anything.

Winter Stay in Estes
5/5 Our family group had a lovely time staying here. It is very peaceful, comfortable, roomy, and the hot tub overlooking the river is delightful! Steve was pleasant to work it and pretty much everything we needed was supplied. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and although there is not oven/stove top, the toaster over and plug-in single burner worked well for our food needs. We look forward to staying here again!

Had a Wonderful Stay!
5/5 We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for me and my two siblings. We each wanted our own bedroom/space and enjoyed the spacious shared living quarters as well. The views over the river/creek were stunning and the stay was very comfortable. We hope to be back!
