Location and Air Conditioning
5/5 Our family of four annual June week in EP. In 2024, we stayed in the same neighborhood, different unit. We did not return to that unit because it lacked air conditioning (A/C) in the upper primary bedroom. We solved that big problem by staying here because it does have A/C in the main and upper rooms. When EP is in the 80s and the sun is fierce for hours, you need A/C. This unit also has better views of Lumpy and Stanley and has two patios. The large patio off the main room looks East and has spectacular views of sun rising over the mountains. Our host were very helpful. The place is clean and well stocked. Easy walk to Elkhorn. Highly recommend you stay here!

Excellent location
5/5 Would definitely stay here again. House has everything we needed. Ran out of propane on grill but host had a new bottle there first thing in the morning. We could walk anywhere in town, grocery store just down the street.
