This was our second time at this property and everything was great for both visits. It's a beautiful historic cabin in a convenient location with an amazing view of Longs Peak. Communication with the owners is always good and very welcoming. We always see elk on or near the cabin -- last time it was a mother elk and her newly born calf; this time it was the "famous" rare piebald elk who visited us!
From the Owner: "Thank you for your kind regards. It is guests like you that encourage us to keep sharing our cabin with others. Now, if we could only meet all those incredible new friends!"
This is a great cabin. Quiet, close to downtown and RMNP, well kept, and just an amazing place to vacation.

Leslie and Mark are welcoming, available and attentive if there are any needs, and their home is so comfortable, well-stocked, and inviting. Love all the touches like lots of extra blankets, games for kids, nightlights, kitchen extra supplies, and more. No stress—just relaxing and beautiful!
The cabin is indeed charming with a spacious living area, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The location is convenient to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. One morning we saw lots of elk, walking right by our front porch. We enjoyed some great hikes in RMNP, as well as browsing in Estes Park. Plus an afternoon at Autumn Gold music festival in Estes Park. It was a great place to stay, the care and personal pride of the owners is obvious and was much appreciated!
