CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The code to the front door is 3641; this is a shared entry area for both units
- There is a studio lockbox located just inside the front door containing a key to the unit. The code is 1891
- To gain access to the unit from the inside, walk up the half flight of stairs, then down again to the locked interior studio door
- There is also a back entrance to the unit that is accessible when snow is not present. To reach this entry, walk around the right-hand side of the building past the end unit and to the back of the property. After you pass the back entrance for the end unit, the studio's back entrance is down a short flight of stairs. The door entry code is 1891. 
- An additional key will be provided in the unit
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please leave the community pool key and 1 door key inside the unit. Please return the other door key to the lockbox when you depart
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from the bed
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
