Great location, good amount of space
5/5 Great property. Bathrooms and bedrooms were fairly spacious. Garage parking, arrowhead shuttle, and hot tub were convenient. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with manager was great.

Disappointing
1/5 Stairs, stairs and stairs .No furniture on decks .No toilet paper, soap shampoo, etc . Only 4 dining room chairs for eight of us . Phone calls to property manager contacts not returned despite numerous messages left . True for both contact phone #'s

Hi O Burtch, we're sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- Our home is three stories high, and the listing does show the stairs. We encourage our guests to thoroughly review the listing to ensure our home suits their needs
- We have a dining set outside on one deck and a set of chairs on the other deck. There are also more than four chairs. We apologize if there was any confusion
- Our cleaning crew provided consumables for six guests, which was the official number on the reservation
- Guests' calls were returned by the homeowner
