3/5 I was very disappointed in the ability to contact anyone managing this property. I tried to email and message both Adam and Justin but so far no response. We rented the Property May 5-11 and today is May 14th. I have experienced much better response when we used other rental services. Let’s leave it at that!
5/5 My family and I loved our stay here! The property is quiet. Beautiful and peaceful drive from the house to the city. After long hikes, the hot tub came in clutch. Amazing views from the front and back porches. I appreciated that there was a lot of space to hang out together and also have private spaces to decompress. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

5/5 The house was the perfect place for a “base camp” while staying in Durango. Convenient to everything in the area. Property management very prompt to come fix the garbage disposal. We enjoyed our stay!
