The house was clean and had everything we needed. The best part was the location!

My brothers and I had our children had a wonderful time staying together in conjunction with a family wedding. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house was clean and well stocked. Thanks so much for a great getaway for all of us. David

All in all, the house was lovely and communication with the owner was superior! Loved the kitchen and amenities. Beds very comfy. Very clean. Only problem was not being able to open any windows. We’re big on fresh air so opened door when possible. also, all cleaning stuff was super scented which is a problem for us. Again, over all, it was great.

From the owner: "Glad you enjoyed your stay Adrienne! Sorry, you desired more ventilation. We wanted to save the original windows (the original woodwork is 100 years old) but desired to add forced air heating and central A/C, as one or the other is needed for all but a few months in Durango. This required storm windows. We left the kitchen windows operable, and both original doors have screens, as well as all of the additions."
