Wonderful location!!
5/5 This basement apartment was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. It is fully updated and you nearly forget you are in a basement! Parking was easy and always available. Its location directly across the street from Washington Park was such a perk! It also is a 2-3 block walk to a neighborhood coffee shop that we went to every morning. We felt totally safe and comfortable in this home and would stay again!!

Disney on Ice weekend
5/5 Came down to Denver to take our daughter and baby to visit grandparents and go to Disney on ice. Perfect location, kid friendly, amazing hosts. Wonderful experience!!
