- Early check-ins/late check-outs cannot be confirmed or denied until 24 hours prior to check-in
- The building is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1886 for the front door
- To use the elevator, enter code 2389 followed by the bottom right arrow and the button for floor 2 
- The unit is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last four digits of the phone number that was used at the time of booking
- Enter the code followed by the home logo to unlock; simply press the lock button to secure the lock 
- A garage fob, building fob, and unit key can be found in the unit upon arrival 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the unit by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Leave the garage fob, building fob, and unit key on the kitchen counter 
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
