  This was our 4th or 5th time using a place like this for a work trip, and this was hands down our best experience. From the initial communication to the ease and comfort of the home to the simple closing process, every step of the way was top notch. We were pleasantly surprised that there were so many of the daily necessities already there to use. There was coffee, we ended up using it all, so we replaced it. Why, because that was just one less thing we needed to attend to with all the work stuff we had happening at the Colorado Convention Center. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. The location is fantastic! You can see the Broncos stadium from the rooftop, and there are a couple of places to eat within walking distance. We travel opposite of traffic each way of our work day, so getting into downtown Denver in the morning was nice. Getting back after a long day was just as easy. It felt like many of the "little things" were thought of in advance to make the stay that much more enjoyable. We will be back! Thank you!

• We had a great stay in Denver

  The townhouse was just as described. Was nice property in a great location. We had two issues- the garage was not large enough for the suburban we rented to fit inside and we got a traffic ticket parking on the street. So I would recommend a Tahoe or smaller to fit in the garage. The 2nd issue we had was with some of the bed linens. The pillows were not in good shape and were uncomfortable. We communicated this to our host. She was very responsive and took care of the problem quickly. Other than that, it was a very nice property.

• Perfect location! Great views of Denver

  We loved staying here. It allowed space for all of our family and we enjoyed the convenient central location. I especially enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets in the roof and the fire pit to unwind/start each day. Communication was great. It’s nice to have the ability to park in the garage. The laundry was tucked into a closet by the upstairs bedrooms. Thank you for a great place to call “home” while we visited Denver.

  Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and I felt comfortable having my kids here. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck. The only thing to be aware of is the photos show a clear view of the football field from the deck but they are currently constructing a building that blocks most of this view. We didn’t mind at all and you still have a lovely view of both the mountains and also downtown but something to be aware of and perhaps update the photos to show that. Thanks for a fabulous stay !

• Great Location - Beautiful Views from Rooftop Deck

  We recently stayed at a townhouse in Denver and had a mixed experience. The location was absolutely perfect—centrally located and convenient for all our needs. Whether we wanted to explore downtown or visit nearby attractions, everything was easily accessible. The space was adequate for our group, and we appreciated the range of amenities provided. One highlight was the wonderful rooftop deck, which offered expansive views of downtown Denver. Spending time up there was one of the best parts of our trip. However, there were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. Upon arrival, we found that the townhouse was not as clean as we expected given the price point. We had to wash one of the blankets due to noticeable white stains, and there weren't enough towels provided, so we had to do laundry during our stay. Communication with the host was less than ideal. We tried to reach out ahead of time to inquire about early check-in but received no response. It wasn't until the day before our trip, after calling the company, that we got the information we needed. The host did contact us on the day of our arrival with additional instructions, which were clear and helpful, but the delay in communication was frustrating. Check-in and check-out instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Overall, while the townhouse had a fantastic location, good amenities, and an amazing rooftop deck, the lack of cleanliness and communication issues were disappointing.
