Cozy as can be!
5/5 My son and I loved this house for our summer vacation trip! The back yard was a delight to bask in the morning sun. The house was setup perfectly for us with the bathroom in between the rooms in the hallway. Everything was comfy and cozy just like being at home! The location is fantastic!! it’s so close to downtown and red rocks!

From the owner: "Hi Janet, I'm sorry to hear that the beds and bathroom felt small during your stay at The Little House. It’s a home I’ve carefully restored and designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, especially considering its original 1905 layout.
As mentioned in the listing, the main bedroom features a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a double, both with new mattresses chosen for guest comfort. While the bathroom is compact, I’ve done my best to make it practical; there’s storage space under the sink, a vanity for personal items, built-in shelving, and a full tub/shower combo.

5/5 This property is called the "Little House". We found it to be spacious, imaculate and well appointed. The location was convenient to our sightseeing and the neighborhood was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay!
