Very Nice one bedroom
4/5 The house itself is very nice. Updated kitchen, nice, comfortable bedroom and a spa like bathroom. I would definitely stay here again but I just have a few suggestions: Very limited kitchen supplies. We had to buy garbage bags (there were 2), few eating utensils (set of 4), no paper towels. For such a modern, nice kitchen you should not have to run out for supplies. I would also suggest a TV for the bedroom. I am not the only one who needs to fall asleep with a tv on at night. There were only streaming services available which is kind of a pain. The back yard is fantastic. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside and reading under the gazebo. The hose was nice and available for questions. The house is very clean, the bed comfortable. I guess these small things have prevented him from becoming a super host. I am rooting for them to make these small changes because it really has the potential. Again, it would not prevent me from staying here again. I would just manage my expectations. My family and I have stayed in many vrbo properties. A washer/dryer would be a plus as well. The owner did find us a local laundromat that did our wash very nicely.
