Great Stay in Denver
5/5 Rigo was very communicative and responsive. He was able to accommodate an earlier check in. The property was well taken care of. The living space was as pictured and clean. Complementary drinks and snacks were nice. We would stay here again.

4/5 Great place for the price point! The place was clean and in a great area. We loved that they had cold water in the fridge, the tv programmed for Netflix, and so many towels for the bathroom! You could hear the footsteps above and you couldn’t control the air conditioning downstairs but there were plenty of fans to help cool things down. This was great for a weekend trip.

Denver vacation
5/5 This was our first time visiting Colorado, and it did not disappoint. Rigo our property manager was top notch, very easy to check in and out. Any questions or concerns we had he was right on it. The apartment was nice ,clean, up dated appliances a home away from home. My husband and i would sit out on the patio every morning drinking our coffee warxhing the sunrise. The neighborhood is very quiet. Rigo is the nicest guy you would ever want to meet. Hes gave us great ideas for things to do and see. He also has two wonderful dogs Echo and Lucky. They bark to say hello, but are very friendly. They love to play fetch. Beautiful dogs. All and all I highly recommend renting from Rigo you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to coming back to Colorado!

Appealing Denver Area Stay
5/5 The owner was very pleasant, accommodating, and thorough. The setting was lovely, with garden areas. The apartment was attractive, clean, and neat. Refrigerated water, fruit, and some grocery incidentals were provided, as well as plenty of towels and bathing incidentals. All-in-all it was the best owner-hosted stay of this kind that I have encountered. Thank you to the owner for making our stay so enjoyable!
