What a beautiful home! The home was clean and in a good location. Very close to shopping areas. The beds were very comfortable. The host left us little extras just in case we needed them; such as toothpaste/toothbrush, etc. The space was more than roomy. I was grateful to stay at a place where I could cook. My mother left her dress and they were so nice to mail it for us. I loved it! It was well worth the price. I visited with my parents who are in their 70s. It was very easy to check in and out. Way better than any hotel. I definitely recommend staying at this location.

From the owner: "We enjoyed your visit and would love to see you back! You are always welcome!"
This home was situated in a charming neighborhood, offering mountain views. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, comparable to that of a high-end hotel. It had all the additional amenities necessary to create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, making us feel right at home.
From The Owner: "Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate you choosing our place to stay. We welcome you back anytime. You were wonderful guests!"
We stayed here because we have a competitive gymnast that was competing at the Broadmor hotel. When we arrived it was late and we had been traveling from the east coast all day. We were exhausted and ready for bed. What we found when we arrived was so appreciated. The host made sure all of the "little things" were taken care of so that when we got in we didn't have to worry about any of it. Things like more than enough paper towels/toilet paper/coffee/creamers and even a shelf full of bottled water!! Towels were plentiful, the kitchen was beyond fully stocked and the house was immaculate!
Pros: The space is super clean, beds are comfortable (super firm so if you like a softer bed you might want to consider a memory foam. We always do this and found that the vacuum bags pack these quite nicely in our suitcase!) linens are very clean. The neighborhood is quiet at night and you can have instacart (Groceries) or door dash deliver quite easily. It's not far from all the attractions. Took us about 30 minutes to get to Pikes Peak and another 30 minutes to Garden of the Gods and the Broadmor. We are from Atlanta though, so 30 minutes to everything is something we are totally used to. I do want to say, there is a long term resident that was there for our entire stay but we never heard or saw them. The only way we knew he was there was because he parks his car in the side driveway. He was extremely quiet and truth be told, was probably relieved when WE left! I did not feel unsafe at all. He does not have access to the top level. We almost found it comforting that there was someone there that was a constant in case there was something we needed help with or an emergency arose although that never happened.
Cons: There is only ONE con I can even come up with and that is that there is an elementary school across the street so during the day it can be a bit busy on the street in front of the home and also there is construction. This did NOT bother us in the least it was not an issue but I felt it should be mentioned in the event someone may want a bit more quiet during the day. Additionally, there is a traffic light that shines into the home's front window at night (not really a problem for sleeping but can be a bit distracting when sitting watching tv) There's also a motion sensor light that comes off and on all night as cars go by. Again, not a problem for sleeping but may become somewhat bothersome at night when you are watching tv.
From the Owner: "Thank You so much for your time and review!!!! This is quite possibly the best day ever reading this review! I appreciate the time you took to write this! I am so happy you brought these things to my attention! I will install a blind for that front window. You and your family are welcome anytime😊
The property was located in a quiet neighborhood. The streets were blocked off for some construction so it took a little extra time to drive around it and get to the destinations. The son of the house owners live in the basement and so that limited the parking and parking on the street in a unfamiliar area made us uncomfortable since the bushes blocked the vehicles from the security camera. However, for the price it was clean , the beds were great and no one bothered you.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your review! We appreciate your time. The single driveway fits two cars comfortably. The area is safe. Our ad clearly states single driveway and street parking. The construction of the school was the first in 10 years and was very unexpected. Now that school has started construction had been completed.
Thank you for staying with us and we hope you come again. -Jackie"
Very great place!
