Colorful house
4/5 Overall it was a nice place and we had a good time. There were certainly enough linens, as they were all over the house. You do say there is a hide-a-bed in the den, but it is a futon....not the same. We did find things that were not clean: sugar all over the cabinet in the corner cabinet of kitchen, both the oven and toaster oven were dirty, the panel was off of the cabinet in front of the sink (it was under the sink, just had not been put on), and liniens in the upstairs bedroom closet were wadded up where you could not tell if they were clean or dirty. The front yard was totally unkept and full of weeds and a woodent "something" that was laying out there. Also, I was notified after I had left to drive to Colorado Springs that we could not use the deck as it was not safe. Notified to late. I think the majority of these problems were the cleaning crews problem.

Colorful "cottage"
4/5 For the most part the house was very comfortable and met our needs. The kitchen is awesome with all kinds of gadgets/appliances to use. Could possible use some "tender loving care."
Great value
5/5 House was very well maintained and cozy. Although we didn’t cook there, the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the board games too. The house was quiet even though it was close to road. Primary bed room has a small bathroom. There’s a full bath in the hallway right outside of the primary bed and it has skylight which was pretty neat. Two bedrooms downstairs share a very nice bathroom with double sink. Downstairs activity room has a dry sauna in there but we didn’t use it. Overall we really enjoyed the place and would book again in the future.
5/5 Overall great property. Prompt communication, clean, and perfectly located close to almost all local activities you’d be interested in.
