Spacious & Accommodating
4/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and easily accommodated 10 people. The kitchen and great room were well-equipped and nicely furnished, creating a comfortable space for everyone to gather and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—ideal for a restful getaway. We did experience a few minor issues, but they were promptly addressed. Overall, it was a great stay, and we will definitely return!

4/5 Property was great for our stay. Accommodated 12 people very well for sleeping. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items. Property was clean.

Simply Wonderful
5/5 Definitely recommend this place. The instructions before arrival were very helpful and helped put us at ease. The house is in a good location. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The house was clean and in excellent condition.

4/5 The location is pretty good for access to the Springs, a fairly quiet neighborhood other than the occasional jet flying into Colorado Springs airport. There is plenty of space and comfortable beds. Some repairs are needed and should be noted until fixed. Not show stoppers; I emailed the host about the missing or broken items but never received a response. Later, I noticed that there were a couple of missing smoke alarms. Since I didn't hear back on the first email, I didn't bother notifying him of the alarms as I'm sure he is already aware.
