Nice home that fit our needs!
4/5 Location was excellent and it fit our needs for a quick 2 day stay. Didn't end up actually spending a ton of time there because we were busy out and about. One note would be that the bathrooms could use some updating and the AC could have been better. Appreciated the beauty of the older home!

Convenient location and old house charm
5/5 We chose this home because it was conveniently located near Old Town Colorado shops, The Pinery at the Hill, where we attended a wedding, and tourist attractions like Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. We had two married couples and three teenagers in our group and everyone had a sleeping space. The house is old, which comes with its own charm and compromise, but the owners were up front about the design and planned details that made our stay comfortable. We had clean linens and towels, detergents to accompany the clothing washer/dryer and dishwasher, access to streaming accounts, and plenty of kitchen necessities to accommodate dine-in options. Communication was easy from booking our trip and planning ahead, to accessing the house, cleanup, and checkout guidelines. We enjoyed our family weekend!
