4/5 The property has a good amount of space, in a good location and feels comfortable and like home. Neighborhood has quite of bit of night time traffic, but there are fans there provided and we brought a noise machine. Quick drive to down town, zoo, garden of gods. Master bedroom gets cold at night, but space heaters worked well. Beeds need the slates to be srewed down, but were comfortable overall. Check out instructions at house were different than online, so followed online. Got quick feedback when we needed to fix alarm. Great spot for a family of 6 like ours.
