CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM MST
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 17012
- Press the “Kwikset” button on the top to illuminate the buttons, then enter the code to unlock
- The door automatically locks whenever you close it, there is a switch on the inside of the handle to disable the auto-lock while you are loading/unloading
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- You may check out anytime before 10AM MST
- Dispose of any leftovers in the fridge
- Put all dirty dishes and the dish scrubber and silicone sponge in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher
- Check for personal items under the beds and in the drawers
- Log out of apps on the Smart TVs
- Place all used towels in the bathtub
- If you have brought dogs with you, see 'Pet Policy' in the Welcome Book for clean-up instructions
- Please turn off all lights, close all windows, and turn down the bathroom thermostat
- No need to adjust the wall thermostats in the rooms but, please turn the bathroom thermostats down to the 'snowflake' setting (in winter months) with the switch in the on ( I ) position.
- Ensure the front and back doors are fully shut and locked
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Please do not allow dogs in the Kids Nook
- Please clean up after your dog prior to check-out. Poop bags are provided and located in the pantry by the back door
- Dispose of poop bags in the trash bin located in the alleyway behind the backyard. Go through the back gate and trash is to the left
- Please do not leave dogs alone in the backyard for long periods of time unattended
