  We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the size of the house was very accommodating to the five guests who stayed. Communication and check-in/check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Great stay and would recommend to others in the BV area.

  We had all the groomsmen and spouses stay here. They had so much ch fun and the house was the perfect size to accommodate all! Beautiful home and perfect location! Charles is very nice snd a great host!!!

• Not as advertised. Not clean.

  7 Men, business stay. Listing clearly stated 6 bedrooms of which 1 was separate from the home. Upon arrival we were contacted by the manager / owner, when we asked for the remote bedroom entry instructions he refused entry and claimed that room was not part of the rental. He brought us an air mattress, we unfolded it and found mice and dog feces in it. Also found a dead mouse in the bedding and pullout couch. Rotten 1/2 gallon of milk under the coffee table. We smashed a tick in a bathroom sink. Overall challenge to remain there, we did leave early.

  This place was exactly as advertised. We needed it only for a place to put our head down while visiting the town. This provided just that! Thanks.

• Great House in BV!

  Large place with tons of creekside seating. lots of space and even an extra detached room with a heater! Fire pit was nice to use as well (check for fire bans). This was a great place to stay for our friends wedding weekend.
