Great Location
4/5 The apartment was conveniently located near Main Street and the “Free Ride” was very close if we wanted a free bus ride into the town. We liked the apartment, a home away from home.

Probably the most affordable place to stay in Breckenridge.
We stayed Friday - Tuesday. The neighborhood was very quiet. Easy access to free parking at the ice arena or walk there (0.5 mile). Catch a trolley/shuttle from the arena to anywhere you want to go in Breckenridge. We did not need them, but there are ski lockers signed to each condo in the parking garage as well as a bike rack. Each condo has a parking stall in the garage. However, your vehicle must be shorter than 6' 3" tall to fit inside. Otherwise, there's plenty of parking space outside.
Wildlife does roam through the area. We came out one morning to find a bear had rummaged through its garbage haul finds right next to our vehicle. Leave your windows up and don't leave unsealed food in your car. You'll be fine.
The only "cons" I could think of are:
1) needs a better stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, pans) if you will be cooking meals.
2) needs a better supply of towels/washcloths. (Having the washer/drier helped with this issue)
Overall a great place to stay, and we would (probably will) stay here again.
