PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 121 Brook Street, Breckenridge, CO 80424
GPS to 212 Brook Street, Breckenridge CO 80424. very difficult to give directions but the GPS will give them instructions that take you right to the property roads and driveway is plowed - so 4wd not required

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 4:00 pm
- The front door is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will send you the access code closer to your check-in date
- Upon entering the home, you will find a key to the front door

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-out before 10:00 am
- Leave the front door key hanging on the bulletin board in the main hallway
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept in beds unmade, please do not strip linens
- Place all used towels in a pile, if you have time please start a load of towels in the washing machine
- Make sure all lights and electronics are turned off
- Close and lock all windows and doors - Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
