Nice place, convenient to CU
4/5 Nice place, comfortable. Convenient to CU boulder campus and Pearl Street. The listing said there was AC and there was not which was disappointing. Other than that everything was great.

5/5 Clean, well-stocked mid-century style home in a very quiet neighborhood. Nicely organized Ikea-style kitchen has a wonderful supply of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as spices. Great central location to many desired spots. Would stay again.

Excellent Experience!
5/5 This was the perfect place for my mom, my son, and I to stay while we were in Boulder checking out CU! We had plenty of space and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed - including a French coffee press for a delicious start to each day. The property manager was very responsive, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. We’ll definitely be back!
