Amazing location and views
4/5 Loved the house, the location and the views. Very peaceful and just a short drive into Boulder. House was very unique and interesting to stay in for a few days. Would definitely stay there again. Only complaints were that the theater room TV had a non-functioning remote...so you couldn't use that room at all (would have been nice to watch some Saturday college football). Also, there was food left in the kitchen trash can from the last guests and there was a bunch of dead bugs laying out on the kitchen counters. You're in the wilderness, so I get that dead bugs happen...just wish someone had done a 5 minute sweep of the house before we arrived to remove the trash and bugs off the counter. Certainly not a "deal breaker" and would stay there again.
