4/5 This rental is located about 25 minutes away from Durango and 50 mins away from Pagosa Springs. Well stocked, and quiet location. The master bedroom bed (with topper) was too soft and the back bedroom's mattresses was a bit hard. The dryer was full of bedding and towels. The outdoor trash was full so it was difficult to get rid of our trash. I reached out to the host who responded immediately, but the trash situation was never resolved. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend.
