Great Townhome Rental
5/5 Stayed at this townhome to ski Beaver Creek and Vail, and it didn't disappoint. The unit is exactly how pictured, which isn't something I have experienced much with other ski rentals. There is a mudroom when you first enter that is great to take off your gear and store. The garage can fit a mini van tightly but a great addition when it's snowing outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and offered everything you need (e.g., great hot water, huge towels). Without a doubt, the best area of the house is the kitchen and living room. Though the fireplace is in a weird spot (we didn't care, didn't use it), the room is huge, offers plenty of seating to watch TV, numerous board games to use, full size kitchen table and island countertop to eat on. The location was also very nice, being about 1.5 miles from Beaver Creek and 7 miles from Vail. There were plenty of places near by to eat, a Walmart, liquor stores, etc. I would definitely stay at this unit again

5/5 Only issue...access, EVOLVE text said we'd receive a text from the owner's. It never showed up :/ As we were standing in front of the house after a 12 hr drive because of a I70 shutdown, I called the Evolve contact within their text, thankfully she answered + had the code. Crisis averted.
Nice home with all you that need
5/5 Lovely home with spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with everything we needed. Master bedroom was very spacious as well with in suite bathroom with double sinks. Yes! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and toilet paper. We had a light issue in the kids bedroom but it was taken care of quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Great host!
Amazing Christmas Stay
5/5 This property was so accommodating. In between Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts, in a cute and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Living room area was super cozy and great for movies! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and ran smoothly.
