Great place and great price!
4/5 Overall, this was perfect for our stay as we were visiting family at the hospital nearby, so this was very convenient AND affordable. Denver can definitely be a pricey city. Pros: All the amenities needed, great communication with property manager, convenient to restaurants and essential needs and perfect if you don’t need luxury but just a nice, nest, modern spot to stay. Cons: area rug needs to be replaced. Definitely has been a lot of noticeable foot traffic and shag just traps in that dirt which was noticeable. Base of shower just needs a good scrub vs. basic wipe down. Entrance gate gets kind of stuff so had to lift up on it going in and out. Overall though the pros well outweighed the cons and I would stay again.

Nice visit
4/5 Very cozy studio apartment located near downtown. Highly recommend folks visit the Denver Botanical Garden which was a 20 minute drive on Saturday.

Perfect Place
5/5 We came into town for some concerts and this place was the PERFECT home base. It was clean, quiet, convenient, and well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the grill made for an easy meal option. Looking forward to booking this place again.

Perfect for a traveling couple
5/5 We got there and immediately made the place our home. Cute decorations and amenities like coffee, a TV and a super comfy bed made it easy to settle in. The people in charge were very nice and welcoming and stayed in communication via texting. This place is everything a traveling couple needs. Nice quiet neighborhood too, felt very safe.
