Really nice!
5/5 The property was so clean, and had really updated amenities. It's about a 10 minute drive to Old Town so not walking distance. Our check in was easy and communication was terrific. We'd go back for sure!

Super modern
5/5 This little condo was spic and span clean, modern decor, and beds were super comfy. Nice location. Only negative the lights were out on the front and back porch. The garage is an added gift - our big SUV fit perfectly. Cute little neighborhood and such modern furnishings. Kitchen was SO nice. All we needed and more.

HILL FAMILY
4/5 Very nice unit; But a few little things I suggest -
1) all of the chair seat/back and base were loose at the dining room table; just need tightened. Always wiggled when you sat on them.
2) the toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose and slid around when you sat down. I tightened it myself. Couldn't find any simple tools, so I used mine from my car.
3) the bathtub drain stopper would not seal. My wife was very disappointed not to be able to take a hot bath . . . while on vacation!

Beautiful Townhouse, Good Location
5/5 Walk in and you are in an open airy environment. The kitchen and pantry have everything you need if you want to cook. Second bedroom was a great place as an office if you are working during your stay. Host is very accessible if you need anything. Short drive to Coors field, Downtown Denver or Boulder. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink close by. Things to know - if you want to watch TV it is all streaming, so bring your passwords. No shoes in the house. I would have brought by slippers if I have known this ahead of time. Overall experience was wonderful. I would stay there again.
