First time in arvada
4/5 Nice layout to the house and the yard was great with access to the wonderful park.The town of Arvada is quite lovely too. I can see the house is under current renovation so I’d like to make a suggestion. You need a toilet paper roll and trash can it the bathroom please. Also the shelves in the bedrooms are rough wood and will snag your clothes. Also there were no dishes in the cupboard when we arrived but we discovered they were all in the dish washer so we emptied them. Also towels in the drier that we folded and replaced.

Great Stay in Arvada
5/5 It was great! We had 10 people and there was plenty of space to sleep, hang out and vibe without feeling like we were all over each other. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit!
Big family vacation
5/5 Super. Cozy and comfortable and fit our large family. The park access and provisions for park activities was the best feature. The house is cute and had most everything we needed. You have to bring your own bath products. I most likely missed that in the instructions because the host was very thorough and responsive, so Im sure it was me. The house was clean and thoughtfully decorated. I enjoyed watching kids play basketball in the cul-de-sac across the street. We felt very safe. Also, the location was awesome in that it was close to all necessary stores, restaurants and the then some. Super convenient!
