Exactly What we Needed
5/5 My husband, two young daughters, and I stayed in Arvada for a few days before heading into the mountains. The Arvada home was exactly what we needed. We spent time in downtown Denver as well as Boulder, so the Arvada home was the perfect location for us. Our daughters loved the bunkbeds and all of the games/puzzles throughout the house. The beds and bedding were exceptional, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the property. We also appreciated all of the dishes and supplies in the kitchen. If you have time to visit Old Town Arvada the schoolhouse restaurant was delicious and had a fun atmosphere. We would recommend making this your home base for a visit to the Denver area.

5/5 Stayed with family for my daughter’s CU graduation. Loved the location for quiet neighborhood with great walking trails and scenic drive to Boulder. House was clean with cozy bedding and amenities. Would stay again!

Very clean and great location
5/5 Experience was great. Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was well equipped, very clean, and beds were comfortable. Although the ping pong table and pool table were not high or even decent quality, my very young children had a blast in the game room.
