5/5 Perfect for our stay. Granddaughters enjoyed the lower level bedroom, bath and game room. We enjoyed the upstairs. Kitchen was great, nice layout. Clean and nice decor. Thanks for the stay.

Cozy Arvada home
5/5 We had a great stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable and loved having the black out shades for good sleep! The rental was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. It made settling in so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for a relaxing, getaway with easy access to surrounding towns. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio taking in the crisp weather!
The kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool table in the basement and the house was a quick walk to a nature preserve/ playground.
Great home base for Denver and Boulder
5/5 House was very clean, well equipped, and convenient for our day trips. Beds very comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen and laundry, and we all enjoyed the pool table downstairs.We did have a minor issue with hot water that was quickly resolved remotely. The owner was immediately responsive after we called the contact number.Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay
4/5 While the house was super clean the yard was completely unusable. We stayed at this gouse because we were bringing our pup and it had a fenced in yard in the pictures. Unfortunately when we got there the grass was a foot tall and had clearly not been cut in months. So we just walked our pup alot. Luckily there are alot of trails near by. Overall the how was the cleanest we ever stayed while the outdoor area was definitely the worst.
