Great stay
5/5 We had a family reunion with people from all across the country. Loved the layout of the house. Only suggestion is to consider handrails on the porch and patio. Great patio and backyard. Good location as it was close to shopping and also to the sites we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

4/5 We were 7 friends that has planned a reunion & stayed at this property for 3 nights. Overall great location in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Space for everyone
5/5 We traveled to Denver for a wedding and had several family members from different states stay with us, 4 - families (9 people). Don't let the small house exterior fool you. This wonderfully located home had basement bedroom had windows that were large and invited the light in, giving the feeling that you were on the first floor. There was a huge laundry room, full bath and small kitchenette also in the basement.
Upstairs you enter into a spacious and inviting area, with room enough for everyone to be able to sit together. There is a wonderful and the most fully equipped kitchen I have seen in this type of rental where a note was left with an offer to help ourselves' to items as needed.
This house was kind of centrally located to the areas that we checked out while in Denver for the wedding. The Red Rocks Ampitheater for a concert was fantastic and one of the areas I would list as a must see.
Charming Arvada Home!
5/5 We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Arvada! It is well-maintained, has a great backyard, and is in a great location, less than a mile from Clear Creek Valley Park and less than a 15-minute drive from downtown!
