Great stay!
5/5 We booked this stay for our group of 6 attending stagecoach music festival. The place is exactly as described I have no complaints! Communication was good and check in wasn’t too bad either . The house has all essentials and I was very happy with that. We were even provided s’mores stuff by the host as a welcome which is a first and our group loved it ! They have many games also to keep our group entertained as well as tv with movie apps so definitely appreciated that ! Rachel is a really good host will definitely keep this place in our mind for our next yucca valley trip!

Nice property. Host fell short.
3/5 Spacious property with high ceilings in kitchen and living room. Plenty of space between master bedroom and other bedrooms. Nice to have two sinks in the master bathroom. Could use a walk-in shower in at least one of the bathrooms.
Nice, shaded outdoor patio with grill.
Minimal decor. Kitchen has a nice refrigerator and stove but was minimally stocked.
Did not feel very well looked after by host. We had to initiate contact to get check-in information, and didn't receive it until a half hour after check-in time. Our requests for kitchen supplies were answered but not fulfilled.
