Really enjoyed the layout, with 3 different levels of living space. The upper deck was perfect for that morning beverage, watching to sun rise.
As a family of seven, we found the Skyhouse to be absolutely perfect. Its location was ideal, just minutes from Lake Gregory and a local grocery store. We enjoyed our time so much that we ended up extending our stay just to spend an extra day relaxing at the property and enjoying all the amenities. The home was, spacious, spotless and fully stocked with more than we could have asked for. The hot tub was clean and preheated, the pool table was a huge hit, every space was beautifully decorated and functional, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone slept great! We truly had the best experience and plan to make the Skyhouse our go-to summer getaway for years to come!

The space was great, just my wife and I so the master bedroom was perfect. The hot tub was exactly what we needed on those crisp fall evenings, the are has lots of offerings from coffee, breakfast, etc. The hiking nearby was great as well, great for a family or couple looking for a mountain getaway. Some of the things mentioned previously about the checkout rules, do seem heavy handed, but I can understand not wanting things left in a shambles before the cleaning team comes by. The last people that stayed left used knives in the block, crusted with food, didn’t clean them before putting them away 🙄
Some damaged darts made the board not quite usable, but again, it’s from others not respecting the property.
Overall, I would stay here again.

This is a very cozy cabin with nice views of the forest ahead in front you with a slightly unusual layout of the kitchen/living room area. I know that with a lot of cabins the layouts can only let you do so much, so they did a great job working with the limited living room space that goes into the kitchen. It was just the 2 of us so it worked well for us. The driveway is a little bit of a narrow slope right by the road. With sedan it would fit fine, but not too sure about larger vehicles that might stick out a little bit. We do enjoy cooking so we were glad the kitchen came stocked with the basic amenities, anything additional we purchased from the local market. It was really cool that we were able to see the TV from downstairs living room and the game room upstairs. We didn't miss a thing of the sporting event playing Live in TV. While we tried to enjoy playing pool in the game room the space was a little cramped and prevented you from playing freely, but we made it work. We took full advantage of the hot tub, enjoyed it both during the day and evening and I must say it was our favorite part. The beds were very comfortable with fluffy and comfy pillows. The comforters were so easy to sleep on as well. The bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels and shower amenities for a whole group. Overall the cabin is clean and provides a really nice and cozy atmosphere. We definitely would love to come back again. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions and was super kind to provide us a late check out on our last day. For that we truly appreciate you Armen, can't wait to visit soon.
House was clean and nice. There was a few items not mentioned in listing.-The 2 space parking is barely one-The locals park on both sides of an already narrow road and are not happy to give the right of way.-No AC-Only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 garbage bags for 7 people over 5 days.-scheduled AEP power outage from 10:30PM until 7AM the next day on one of the 5 day stay.-list of fines she will give if the check out list isn't completed line by line.

Hi Channy, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
-"While our listing specifies accommodation for two cars, it does not encompass larger vehicles such as trucks with trailers.
-The provision of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and two large garbage bags is typically considered more than sufficient for a group of seven people over a five-day stay. Guests may need to replenish these supplies as per their individual needs, as it's challenging for us to anticipate each guest's specific requirements. Additional supplies can easily be acquired from the numerous stores in the vicinity.
-Regrettably, power outages are known to occur in mountainous regions, and it is indeed beyond the control of homeowners. Such occurrences are typically managed by the power company responsible for the area.
Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews."
