  We stayed here over the Easter holiday/Spring Break. 9 of us fit comfortably in the space, though I will say our friends brought a blow up mattress for one of their children. There was a futon in the play room, but can't speak to how comfortable it was because no one slept on it. However, it would have been available had we not brought the extra bed. The house was spacious and really open. It's not far from Joshua Tree National Park at all, plus there are stores nearby which was nice. We did run into a bit of a snag when we were informed that the oven was not working. We were already en route. It would have been a pain to cancel and try to find something comparable in the area, for the same price, and that could accommodate the number of people we had. Luckily the management company and owner worked with us to find a solution. The grill definitely came in handy and we brought an induction cooktop so we were able to cook most of the meals we had planned. The house also had a record player and a fun collection of records to play. The player was connected to the house's speaker system. All the kids (and grown-ups) loved the play/game room! They also have a ton of games, books, puzzles, etc. The house was immaculately clean. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

  We were not thrilled to find out the oven/stove wasn't working when we were en route to start our Spring Break/Easter vacation. However, the Evolve Team and Homeowner worked with us in finding a solution, which prevented us the hassle of having to cancel our reservation and try and find a new home at the same price, while on the road. We were grateful for the support.

  The house was really lovely. It was spacious and so clean. We did bring an air mattress for one of the kids in our party, but there was a futon that could have been used. We can't speak to how comfortable the futon was since no one slept on it. It wasn't a very big futon so probably geared more towards a child or young adult. The futon lives in the game room which had a lot of fun stuff, plus books, movies, and puzzles. One thing to note is that the only access to the game room from inside the house is through the master bedroom. It wasn't a problem overall. I do believe there is access to that room from the outside as well, though.

  The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, pots/pans and dishes. It also has a record player/fun collection of records. The player is hooked into the house's sound system so you can hear music throughout the house. Everyone enjoyed that. It's located very close to Joshua Tree National Park and there are several grocery stores nearby. You really will enjoy staying here. We would definitely book here again.

  The property was great and as advertised. We enjoyed our time there. The only negative would be that a couple of windows were left slightly open and a considerable amount of dust/sand had blown into the house. We had to clean all the kitchen counters and the large bean bag chair before we could use them.

• Very spacious house with everything needed for a fun & comfortable holiday

  Comfortable bedding for 8 people. Loved the game room and board games. Have all the utensils needed for a cookout. Didn't get a chance to use the grill. Out door cornhole is a good touch. Quiet surroundings with large area around the house. More than required parking space. Super clean.
