3/5 House itself was nice and view was beautiful. The hot tub was not usable as it was dirty. Many light bulbs were out or went out while there. The owner comped us a little for the late check-in due to a cleaning miscommunication. They were quick to remedy the cleaning issue.

Enjoyable but there are some issues
4/5 Pros- easy access-electronic and driveway; spacious, private, quiet, beautiful landscaping; great sunset views; hot tub is pleasant; outdoor furniture; comfortable beds, nice bathrooms; some appliances- dw; mw; toiletries and paper items provided ; lots of towels
Kitchen needs improvement and dining table needs repairs or be replaced
Great desert retreat!
5/5 We visit the desert often and this was a convenient and comfortable place to stay! View out back is phenomenal! Close to everything; lovely house!
Not what we expected
3/5 The property manager was great, responsive, and helpful. The rental itself could use some TLC. We had a nice stay but there are a lot of quirks: spa almost unusable & very dirty and gas grill hadn’t been cleaned in months. We arrived at 415pm and the cleaners literally were mopping themselves out of the rental. We arrived to the smell of bleach and wet floors. Lower price was a factor for me, so in hindsight you get what you pay for, albeit by the time cleaning and VRBO fees are added in, it’s a 250/night stay.

Excellent Stay, Beautiful home
5/5 We stayed with our 2 teenage sons in this beautiful home. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The backyard opens up to the desert with a view of the mountains and we enjoyed the fabulous sunsets. My sons enjoyed the hot tub and it was very relaxing after a long hike to soak in there. It was very peaceful and quiet even though we were just minutes away from the town and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.
