  Dirty! Home had not been properly cleaned. The property is in need of a deep cleaning. Food splatter on ceiling in kitchen, old food stuck to floor in dining are, most items in kitchen were dirty. Pots/pans had to be washed before we could use. Non stick coating on all pans are damaged/scratched. We had to load cups & mugs in dishwasher upon arrival to have clean cups. Foosball table missing balls, dvd player in family room had no power cable or hdmi cable (inoperable). Corners/edges of carpet had crumbs, dirt. I’m happy to provide photos of everything. The host initially offered to come over about halfway through our stay to clean. After her missed attempt, host stated if we are unhappy with the accommodations, we could leave!

  - We appreciate the feedback on the pots and pans. The owner has noted the condition of the cookware and is looking into replacing any items that are worn or damaged.
  - The foosball table and DVD player are typically guest favorites, so we’re sorry they weren't fully functional during your visit. The missing cables were delivered during your stay, and steps have been taken to ensure all entertainment amenities are ready for future guests.
  - We understand that things didn’t go as planned, and the local team did their best to offer alternative accommodations to help make things right.

  House was neat and clean. Spacious. Very comfortable

• Great stay

  The house was great for kids, plenty of space to play and relax in the gameroom. The kitchen was supplied well. The hill next to the house worked well to play in the snow as well as the snow park and activity center down the road.
