Wonderful Stay at Fox Den
5/5 My immediate family stayed at Fox Den in order to attend two big days of a reunion of 34 members of our family at a picnic site at West End Beach.
The Fox Den house was fabulous. It is well laid out and it has everything a family needs for a very comfortable stay. The house is spacious, well furnished, with comfortable beds in nice bedrooms. The bathrooms are modern and nice. The deck looking out at the lake is commodious, delightful, and very enjoyable for outdoor eating on summer evenings. The indoor dining table and counter stools work well too. The kitchen is incredible: every dish, pan, appliance and tool for serious cooks—including excellent sharp knives!
The house is conveniently located: walkable to the lake and the nearby small but week-stocked market and breakfast restaurant.
We highly recommend this home for a stay at gorgeous Donner Lake.
Fun House for Family
5/5 The variety of spaces made this a good house for our multigenerational family--game and puzzle room, quiet places for reading, dining and deck with lake view, infinite places for hide and seek. We didn't turn a tv on all week.

Great location
5/5 The house was nice and clean and had room for our group. The loft was nice for the kids and the deck was nice to relax. The location is really nice if you want to visit Donner Lake. The owners were nice and responsive to questions. We would definitely return to this property.

Amazing and very comfortable
5/5 We were very impressed with the Fox Den cabin. It is all newly remodeled and very clean. It fit our family of 8 perfect with plenty of room to spare. The cabin was completely equipped with everything we needed, including baby gates, playpen, and high chair. We will definitely be coming back!
