- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please create a copy of the document linked below to fill out and return to the Guest Contact before arrival
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 031723. Activate the keypad by pressing the ‘Schlage’ button, enter the code, and press the checkmark
- To lock the door, press the ‘Schlage’ button 3 times
- The community amenity keycard and parking passes can be found inside the unit
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Return the community amenity keycard and parking passes to their original location
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile in the bathtub
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking anywhere outside of the private balcony> Please keep all windows closed if smoking outside
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
