CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Per county regulations, the fire pit requires the provided shield to be on top when fires are taking place
- Please do not wear shoes inside the home
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- For guests staying longer than the 31-night minimum, additional intermittent cleaning may be set up through the guest contact

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the garage
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis
- The driveway has a dip for draining rainwater, so higher car clearance or slow and careful passage is recommended. It is recommended that cars with particularly low clearance stay parked on the street or street-side portion of the driveway (before you reach the dip)
- Garage is heated (set at 55 F during winter months)
- The street and whole neighborhood is on a hill. While this gives us stunning views, it may be a bit intimidating for the inexperienced driver, especially in winter months, so please use caution
- Winter conditions: Four-wheel drive and/or chains may be required especially if there is snow and/or ice on the road. Even if our street is clean, nearby streets may not be, so four-wheel drive is highly recommended during winter months in the entire South Lake Tahoe area. Even if you never have to use it, it will give you a peace of mind and that extra boost of confidence that you are well-prepared for hazardous winter conditions
