CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is next to the front door. The code is 807
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Community amenities are located nearby. Amenities include a basketball court, a beach club, coin laundry machines, a game room, a hot tub, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a shuttle, and tennis courts (multiple in-town rec centers, fees paid on-site)
- The property requires stairs for bedroom access
- Due to local wildlife, food and trash should not be left outdoors
- The property does not have air conditioning
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE RESTRICTIONS:
-- Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000
- To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note that outdoor hot tub usage is restricted during quiet hours, and will also incur a fine if used between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
- Please note: you must only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway, carport or parking lot). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street
- Camping on the property is not allowed
