Great Place
5/5 Had 7 guys stay here for our annual golf trip. I would say it sleeps 6 comfortably, but the place was great.

More than a little disappointed :(
3/5 This was a pretty disappointing rental experience, especially for the price point. Myself and 5 friends were looking forward to a nice getaway in a cute, clean place, and traded off staying on the lake to be about 10 minutes south at this property. There were so many disappointing finds - first and foremost, the hot tub was visibly dirty on arrival and chemicals smelled imbalanced; both of the showers smelled of mildew and had extremely poor water pressure (so bad so that we were unable to rinse the shampoo from our hair) in addition to discolored, dirty shower curtains and rust stains in the tub; dishes had been put away dirty etc. As we're seeing an uptick in COVID cases across the country, it didn't exactly inspire confidence that proper protocols were followed to ensure a safe, clean stay. It's unclear if the house had central AC, but we were unable to adjust the thermostat which read 80 degrees throughout our stay. Not entirely uncommon for the region to have a home without AC, but it was VERY hot. I would also warn anyone staying here that Lyfts/Ubers/cabs can be difficult to come by and/or cancelled by the driver after realizing the pick up location. Definitely something to consider as you're planning your next trip to beautiful Tahoe if you're relying on ride share - otherwise be sure to rent a car! Pros: nice layout, cute dining area, comfortable beds, tv worked well, cute neighborhood, about 5 minutes from Raley's.

Birthday girls weekend
5/5 We had a wonderful time. The weather didn't cooperate but that's Lake Tahoe in May you never know. The only thing we would have wanted any different would to have been a little closer to stateline. The House was perfect for us though
