All cameras are outward facing and will be on while guests are in residence

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry through the front door. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please alert the Guest Contact upon check-in
- Please, contact Mariza before your check in date if you want to request an earlier check in or a late checkout.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Please complete the information about garbage:
- Take out the trash to the respective bin (trash, recycling, or compost)
-  The garbage collection is Thursday. Please set up out the bins on Wednesday night
- The city of San Francisco requires that the waste must be sorted appropriately and cut to fit into the corresponding bin: compost, recycling, or trash
- Leave all slept in beds unmade 
- If you moved any furniture, please move it back to its original location
- Turn the wall heaters off
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please alert the Guest Contact upon check-out
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

- We provide a limited starter pack of basic amenities supplies, that will not be replenished
- The homeowner lives on-site, in a separate property with a separate entrance, and may be present during your stay
- This 3-story home offers step-free entry. The entrance from the street level leads to the main level, which includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and the main interior living spaces. The 2nd bedroom and additional full bathroom are located on the upper floor, with a full-service laundry area and access to the private backyard on the bottom floor
- There are wall heaters in every room. To turn them on, turn clockwise
- If the power goes out, please do not use the bathroom on the bottom floor until the power comes back on, as it can cause flooding
