  Not clean

  Bedding on bed not clean.

  Most windows including in bedrooms no curtains or blinds.

  All furniture was dirty torn or unusable. No radio, no working TV. Owner working all day one day with table saw just outside one bedroom. The toaster caught on fire. There was Evidence of previous areas where toaster over heated or caught fire. No hair dryer

  You could hear the TVand talking from the other unit. No tissues provided. The toiletries in one bathroom looked like the owners and were just about empty. The other bathroom had a pump soap at the sink. No soaps or shampoo for this bathroom. I was a nervous wreck because of the hoarding behavior and lack of cleanliness of this house. I have pictures if you would like.

  -Following your stay, both the toaster and TV have been replaced. I’ve also followed up with our cleaning team, who confirmed that the space was well-stocked. However, we will continue to work closely with them to ensure that every guest feels fully accommodated.
  -Regarding the noise, we understand how disruptive it must have been. The sound originated from a neighboring property, and while this is beyond our control, we sincerely apologize for the impact it had on your experience.
  We are always working to enhance the space and truly appreciate your feedback as we continue to make improvements.

• Big, comfortable, great communication

  The house is big and comfortable. There’s heating to help with SF cool nights. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward.

  Something to be aware of, it is a very walkable area - It’s a walking distance to Castro neighborhood, about four blocks downhill. Which means the way back is four blocks up a steep hill, so be ready for that or plan to Uber. We used a healthy mix of both.

  The upside to this, there is a beautiful view of the city from the living room and the master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom/shower. The area is quiet, but close to the action. We enjoyed our stay, and would rent the house again in the future.

• Great property and an excellent, quiet location

  I'll certainly return. Lovely, well appointed and clean residence in a really quiet neighborhood. Close enough to good restaurants and shops but far enough away that nights were really peaceful.

  When I lived in SF (lower Haight) in the 90’s, I always wished to live in Noe Valley. It was just as I remembered it. Can’t wait to return!
