Nice Cozy Place
5/5 Nice place in a great location, close to Balboa Park and the airport. There are two houses on the property and the one we stayed in had two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a nice outdoor space.
Both bedrooms were fairly small but very comfortable. The living room was also on the smaller side with a sectional couch and a smart TV. We were visiting SD with our two young kids so we mainly used the place as a comfortable spot to sleep.
The property is about 12–15 minutes from the airport and directly under the flight path so you will hear planes flying overhead. I wanted to mention that in case it's something that might bother you. Our young kids actually loved watching and hearing the planes so it was a fun bonus for them.
The neighborhood has narrow one-way streets but we had no trouble finding plenty of street parking nearby. There are also many great cafés and restaurants within a short distance.
One suggestion for the host: it would be great to have a few board games for both adults and kids or some outdoor games for guests. We didn't spend enough time at the property to fully enjoy the outdoor space but many Airbnbs provide games to help families stay entertained when they're relaxing at home. Since the outdoor area is so nice, something like cornhole would be a great addition.
Charming cottage in a vibrant neighborhood
5/5 Thoroughly enjoyed the Fox Hollow cottage in South Park. The interior of the cottage is beautifully appointed and modern, while maintaining period charm. Lots of little amenities in the kitchen made for pleasant mornings enjoying tea in the charming garden. A full outdoor kitchen and lounge area with fire pit make for cozy evenings. The cottage is clean and well maintained and walking distance to some of the great restaurants in South Park.
5/5 Absolutely wonderful property! This charming cottage is very secluded with great access to restaurants and shopping. Great outdoor space, very comfortable beds, and just a wonderful place overall.

5/5 We had a great stay! The location is excellent. Walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and grocery options. Close to everything. House was immaculate and the beds were really comfortable. It was perfect for 4 adults. Loved the fire pit and yard. Would definitely book this place again!

5/5 Very nice clean cottage that is well appointed. Kitchen had a full complement of cookware and utensils. Outside foliage was beautiful. We would stay again anytime.
