Fell short of Christmas expectations
3/5 This property would’ve been a beautiful place had it been cleaned prior to our arrival. The sheets and duvet cover had blood on them, towels were dirty. We had to wash all. Dead bugs all along baseboards. We were not notified of the hot tub not working until a couple days prior to our arrival.

Few glitches but
4/5 Overall, the property served us well. Had difficulty opening the door lock, but received prompt help from person on call. There needs to be anti-slip tub mats or decals in the bathtubs. The shower water fluctuates. The pool bottom needs cleaning attention. The upstairs bedroom window is stuck open.

Perfect workcation
5/5 The house was big and spacious enough for our team. It was perfectly located near the venues we were working at. Thank goodness the host is super responsive, because the combination code to get the key was not what was in our check in instructions. The host gave me a call back within 5 minutes to let me know what the code was and we were able to get in. I would definitely stay there again.
