Clean condo
4/5 The condo was clean and there were plenty of cookware. The walk to Mission Beach was about two minutes away from condo. Belmont Park was also really close to our location.Sea World, Balboa Park, and the zoo are under a 30 minute drive. However, there are some small negatives about this location. The parking space is real small and it's best if you have a compact car. The laundry room is located outside of the condo,how ever; there is a lock code to room door. The beds are not the most comfortable but not terrible. The outside of the condo could use some painting or power washing. We had an issue with the laundry door lock but the host responded promptly when we called and found a solution.

The beds are up to personal opinion, sorry if they weren’t the most comfortable. Overall, happy you enjoyed it."
5/5 Loved our stay! It was exactly what we expected based on the pictures. Close to Belmont and all the dining options. Really enjoyed that it is on the bayside as it’s a little less busy and less noisy. Easy walk to bay or ocean. Very clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfy! I also like that you have a designated parking spot. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

Perfect location
5/5 You’re close enough to enjoy the ocean and the bay. Family of 3 enjoyed our stay and thought it was a perfect place for our quick trip. Looking forward to another stay in the future.
